A minimum excess applies and cannot be waived: €500 on small vehicles, €3,000 on larger ones.
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Anyone else driving is uninsured.
The vehicle must stay on the island unless AUTOWAY gives written authorisation.
Strictly prohibited. Any damage or recovery cost falls entirely on the renter.
No insurance and no roadside assistance apply there, plus full liability for damage.
Return the car with the same fuel level it had at pick-up. No refuelling charges.
The renter is charged the replacement cost plus the delivery fee for the spare key.
Selected vehicles carry GPS tracking for safety and fleet management.
You receive a secure payment link via Alpha Bank or Viva Bank.
A refundable amount equal to the excess is blocked on your card.
Only a fuel deposit is blocked, covering a return with less fuel than at pick-up.
Released once the car is checked: same condition, same fuel. A €5 handling fee applies.
Any fine incurred during the rental period is the renter's to pay, including those that reach us after you've flown home.
